If purchased credits have not yet been used, you may request a refund within 14 days from the date of purchase.
3. Used Services
Refunds are not available for credits where the video generation process has been started or completed.
4. Technical Issues
If you were unable to receive service due to a technical error caused by our system, a full refund or credit compensation will be issued after review.
